By placing a bid on auction.prairienaturals.ca, you are agreeing to abide by our auction rules as stated below.

*Payment and Shipping:*
– Items can only be shipped within Canada. A flat shipping fee of $16 CAD will apply to addresses within British Columbia, and a flat fee of $20 CAD will apply to addresses in other provinces of Canada. Upon the conclusion of the auction, the winner will be contacted by email at info@prairienaturals.ca to confirm the mailing address and be provided with a link to pay for the shipping fee.

– Local pickups are available by appointment at our head office located in Coquitlam, BC.

– Digital items (game tickets, service voucher, etc.) can be emailed to the winner at info@prairienaturals.ca

*Returns:*
– All sales are final, no returns.

*Auction Integrity:*
– We reserve the right to manage auction listings and outcomes in case of disputes or technical issues.
– Fraudulent bidding is prohibited, and we aim to maintain a transparent auction process.

*Financial Responsibility:*
– Invoices are issued post-auction. Prompt payment is expected to maintain bidding privileges.
– Non-payment may result in legal action and loss of future bidding rights.

This summary aims to provide a clear, lawful framework for our auction activities, based on mutual respect and integrity. Your participation signifies agreement to these terms, ensuring a trustworthy auction environment.

Click on the Silent Auction page, scroll through the list and tap on the item you want to bid on. At the bottom of the page beneath the photo and description it will show you the current winning bid and the next minimum bid you need to make. Enter your bid amount into the field at the bottom of the page and click Bid (if you are not registered you will need to register your details). Credit card information is required before placing your first bid.

Click on Make a Donation, choose your level (if applicable), enter the amount you want to donate into the field at the bottom of the page and click Donate Now. As with bidding you will need to be registered on the system.

You can register when you first place a bid or make donation. You will be asked to enter your details so we can contact you if you win an auction item.

You can click on My Account and then My Bids to see all of the items you are currently winning or have been outbid on. You will also be sent a text and email notification if you have been outbid.

Please contact info@prairienaturals.ca for assistance with bid retractions. Please note that bid retractions may not always be allowed.

All items will be closed on April 24th, 2025 at 23:59:59PM Pacific Time. There will also be a countdown clock on the item page showing how long is left until the item closes.

When the system closes, your credit card will automatically be charged only if you have won an item and/or made a donation. You will then be sent a text and email notification with a confirmation of your payment. 

Please note that some physical items may take up to 7–10 business days to retrieve, as our generous donors are located in various provinces, and shipping times may vary. Digital items will typically be delivered more quickly. We will contact each winner directly and provide updates throughout the process.
